No Cell C Fiber Connection Bellville

I have experienced shockingly bad to no fibre internet connection since this morning 9am in Bellville Cape Town. It is now 9pm. We are paying for a premium fiber connection service and getting dial-up or no connection. The Cell-C representative Amman is not responding to messages asking for explanations. Both my wife and myself are working from home and reliant on constant internet connection. If I did business like this I'll be out of business in no time...
