No cell c data bandwidth

Its Thursday evening and it’s another day in hell with cell c wifi. The internet connects but bandwidth is between 0bytes and 18kb/s. Please get 'n permanent solution to the Roodeplaat/Kameeldrift area. My data card is ********** 247.
