No calls could be made using cell C network in an emergency
Have a cell C contract- last night had an emergency-:no calls could go out - tried to phone my partner's cell and the his security company but no luck- did not ring. Got a worthless cide from cell C to fix things but pointless. This has happened many times before but left it as I have a landlines as well.

02 Oct 2025, 14:26Consultant phoned me and I explained I could not make ANY outgoing calls. Told me to turn roaming data on which is always on. Made no difference obviously. He said the reception in my area had to be tested. When? no one knows- in the meantime my safety is threatened as I cannot make any outside calls- very stressful.
