No call back as promise

Cell C phone me for upgrade phone even delivered to me with new phone have to do sim swap. Phoned them 2015/04/09 around 16h00 Ref no:*** will have to wait 6hours to be called back. Phoned them at 09h36 2015/04/10 they did phone but not my number no problem resupply them with a number, was told he will phone me in 30 min. Phone them again 11H28 promise me it will be mark as urgent time now 12h26 almost a hour later still waiting for my call.<br> Please do nut use them as VODACOM does sim swap almost immediately don't have to wait for 6hours and promises of being called back and then it does not happen.<br>
