No call back after 17 days and 5/more calls

I have an internet data contract and received a bill in excess of R6000 last month. As I deemed it impossible for me to use 5GB in one month (as I have not done this for + years) I called to log a complaint on 28 May 2015. Since then I have had to call back at least 5 times to be shoved from department to department - each claiming they cannot help me and promising they will get back to me. I also logged a complaint on their website (9/6) and got a reference number *** with an automated reply e-mail. My last call was today, 15/6 at 16:24 with another promise of a call back. I am still waiting.

I did, however, during one of those phone calls learn that NOBODY told me that my contract has a R15 000 monthly limit on it. How convenient for them.

In the meanwhile my account is in arrears and my service suspended. I do not mind paying the exuberant amount if I really did somehow use that amount of data, but I would like someone from Cell C to explain how it happened so I do not get another nasty surprise.

What more must I do?
