No call back

After posting on hello peter, i recieved a call from cell c monday the 16th in the morning. The consultant wanted to me to get the handset in question infront of me. I rep**** that the handset is with my husband and that they should phone back after five so that i can have access to the handset. He confirmed that i would be phoned back. Its now a week later. Still havent phoned back. I think this is pathetic. Another month gone waiting for cell c to sort out this problem. Since november .
