No call back

I recently opened a new cell c contract with a lumia 640 device.<br> When new business contacted me some 3 weeks ago and asked what I thought of the service received from their centurion branch, I rep**** that I thought the service was disgusting to say the least.<br> I requested the lady to email me a full user manual / guide to show me how to use the device.<br> She committed to sending this to me. To date I have received nothing!!!!!!<br> In our age group we are lost with new technology and the help function on the phone is not very helpful<br> As a result I have hardly used the new phone.
