no authority to debit

Hi<br> I took 2 year contract with CELL C 2 years ago... now they have been calling me to take new phone I told them I don't want to and I don't have money.. for two years with no skip payment now two years has elapsed they tell me that I have to put notice for what ??,... coz its 2years and its finished now they debit. I want my money our contact was 2years. <br> No one must debit my account for nothing two years has passed don't MESS around with me ..and my money please <br> <br> call me on this number *** I don't want nothing with you guys ...it's over ..2 years it's done what the hell do u want from me<br>
