No assistance with refund

Cellc is absolutely terrible the consultant first asked me to do an immediate eft to cellc in 25/02 to have my lines open as the debit order wont be going off only to realize that the debit had gone off on the same day i have been calling numerous times to have monies refunded up until now there is no refund and absolutely no assistance from cellc the question is is this the kind of service you recieve for be a loyal customer???????
