NO ASSISTANCE WITH MY SIM SWAP

I've been a loyal customer of Cell C for many years. I upgraded and my device was couriered to me. I called the call centre immediately to do my sim swap because the devise I had could not switch on anymore. I was told I would be assisted with the sim swap before COB. This was the 22nd May 2015. I've been calling the call centre every day and I keep getting told they will do it immediately. How can I be paying for a phone I cannot use. <br> <br> The sim card sizes are different and I did tell them it was a matter of urgency. I don't understand why something so simple cannot be done. How much more must I beg for this sim swap?
