No assistance with deceased member

We are executors trying to wind up an estate for a deceased client of Cell C with no joy. We emailed various departments, called numerous times to various call centre but with no luck. The statement arrive on a monthly basis and we get reference number and empty promises that the relevant department and agents dealing with estates will contact us but with no joy.
