No assistance or reply with situation resolution in a month

Found out the 7th of January, there was a ********** contract opened in my name at Cell C, I was told to send through an affidavit with all the information on, I have e-mailed 4 times since to follow up, NO REPLY, I have phoned in numerous times but you can't speak to anyone else except for the customer service agent with VERY limited information and can not help on progress or any feedback. I think it is outrageous that Cell C is very quick to open a ********** contract in your name without being 100% sure it is that person that is opening the contract, make sure the debit orders goes off but NO ASSISTANCE whatsoever when you need an issue resolved.
