If I try to send and sms, since the afternoon of Wednesday, 07 March, 2018, I keep on getting Message sending failed.

Your social media person ^NM is not very helpful whatsoever. See conversation in your messenger in on your social media page.

If a person have to call me, please ensure it is a professional person who is calling, not a person who is going to be irritating me on the phone.
