No assistance offered

We sitting with a problem where my dad needs his cell activated, but is unable to call in to do so and Cell C refuse to assist my mom in doing so, now we understand the authentication rules, however cell C are not willing to assist one of their clients and try solve this problem, i feel something can be done to asist here unless this business is unfeeling to care
