No assistance offered

I have been desperately try to get assistance with my Cell C contracts as I am in an financial bind. I've emailed them multiple times to no avail. Then today, my contracts are suspended with no notification!

It's very frustrating and annoying when you try to resolve a matter amicably yet the other party doesn't want to respond to your request for assistance.
