No Assistance - No Internet
The worst service ever. I am on day 9 of no internet, no one has phoned me back. There is no direct lines to the relevant departments, so it is impossible to get hold of anyone who can assist. Tried cancelling, but even that is impossible, said they will call back in 48 hours, they did not. Called numerous times and they cut me off every time they put me through.
