No assistance in account information

Second complaint in 2 months no one can assist me with an account which was handed over to collections i will not pay for it as they cannot tell me whats it for. Been calling every week and no one can assist spoke to jubula ncobo which doesn't even know who his team leader is.... Being a customer of cellc for more than 15 years this service is not acceptable
