no assistance from customer service
I have tried since april or before to get assistance with a balance on my son's account i have the account number it is difficult to reach my son so i am tryinmg t6o assist. The last consultant that assisted me in April is not returning my emails all i need is the balance as I think the account is pid up can someone assist me or must this matter be taken further that i cannot get anyone to assist me in order to pay the account this is really bad customer service inbox me privately to get my email and phone number to repond

the last consultant that helped me with the last balance spoke to me as he is dificult to reach so she was happy to assist me but i can no longer reach her
i can send u the reference number, acountt number, copy of last email from the last cell c consultant
