NO ASSISTANCE FROM CELL C !!

We contacted Cell C on the 7th June to blacklist a phone and obtain an ITC number. We called everyday and each day was advised that it was still being processed. We called today and was told that there is no record of the request even though we have a reference number issued by Cell C and we must now go to the branch to fill in the request for an ITC Number. This is ridiculous as i cannot report the phone and submit the claim without this information !
