NO ASSISTANCE FROM CELL C

After weeks and weeks of waiting on cell c to assist me , I have not yet received any information whatsoever that my account is cleared on there side.

I have been emailing CELL C every single day. I called last week and the week before for assistance and I am still getting different answers. I received an email from someone in the legal department and yet no help. This is a matter of urgency as I need my name to be cleared and I cannot be fighting with Cell C for weeks on end and not getting the help I need.

The account has been paid last year December and I am still waiting on proper assistance.
