no assistance for the past two weeks!!!

I took out a contract 4 years ago with cell c for my iphone. The battery died after two years, then i renewed my contract and took another phone. I have replaced the battery for my iphone as i need to use it but it has been locked and i contacted iphone to reset it and they require my contract from Cell C. Cell C agents keep sending me a delivery note of which Iphone is declining to use.

They promised to send me a contract and till this day i have not received it. Are companies not suppose to record information for 5 years????

May i please have that contract Cell C....
