No assistance CELL C

<p>In the beginning of the year, i received a call from the sales dept of cell c, my contract with them was coming to an end. they offered to upgrade my current 2 tablet packages at no extra charge also including free delivery and sims for both tablets. on receiving the one tablet it was broken straight from the packaging so I send the tablet back and received a new one, but I did not receive my free sim as promised as these tablets are using nano sims. yesterday I phoned cell c's customer care and they said I can't do a swim swap due to inactivity of the sim which I agree with but seeing that I never received the sim it won't be active. they promised to phone back and SMS within the hour to date I have not received any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>this will be the last time I upgrade or take out any deals from cell c.</p>
