No assistance

I am writing this review because last week Monday I received a package with the product I ordered from Cell C, atleast I thought it was. I ordered a MiFi Pocket Router on TopUp and got a Home Router, I didn't open the package nor the sim card. I phoned Cell C on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday they told me to phone a number for cancellation and another for them to arrange for the package to be picked up. I phoned the cancellation department they told me they will escalate my query but they can only cancel the contract once they have received it. I phoned the other number various times and no answer, I understand you are short staffed what I don't understand how no one has phoned me to help me, I told the cancellation department that I have been trying to get through to the department responsible for getting it picked up with no luck. On Friday another consultant told me to take it to a Cell C store, did that on Saturday, they told me I can't do that, the manager was kind enough to take my details and phone someone to arrange for the pick up, I haven't received a phone call nor email to that regard. I do not want this Home Router, I already have a home router, I want this contract cancelled and not getting any assistance is really nerve wrecking. Bearing in mind they told me I only have 7 days to return it.
