No assistance
I have a written confirmation in January of contract to be cancelled on June. This was confirmed in June again with email proof supp**** of Jan correspondence to billing dept. It is nearing Nov, no feedback, no assistance. Threatening calls from Call centre for non payment after I stopped debit order. Bad bad service with no communication!
