No assistance

I have contacted Cell C via the online portal to request a statement of what I owe them in order to settle whatever was due. This was done in May 2015. I then contacted them again and I was advised that they cannot disclose info to me over email, so I contacted the call centre as requested and when I entered my cell number the language changed. I proceeded to contact them another 6 times and the same thing happened everytime. <br> <br> I want to pay my account that's all !<br>
