No assisstance from Cell C at all

I have been struggling to get assistance and feedback from Cell C since March 2015. Even after visiting their offices in JHB recently where two names and contact details were given in which to escalate Cell C queries/complaints. Busisiwe did call me on that day and sent me an email with banking details to allow me to make a payment, I have emailed everyday for over a week now and they have just not bothered to get back to me. I have stopped my debit order after ridiculous amounts have been debited off my account, I have capped my account and tried to make a payment online to no avail. Cell C - wake up, you are ****** useless and you need to be named and shamed. N Langa - [Email Removed] - ***, Lucky - [Email Removed] - *** & most of all Busisiwe Vilakazi - [Email Removed] I have included [Email Removed] in my escalations and no assistance from them since March either. You guys seem to go out of your way at being totally useless and pathetic!!
