No answer since september??

Go and check your records, nobody has gotten back to me regarding my complaint. In my response from helo peter it states that maropeng is going to get back to me? where is that person? i cannot even reply to that query because it seems as if u guys resolved it without actually doing anything. I was billed from my data bundles for using watsapp even though i had the R5 watsapp bundle.then you stole my airtime coz my data was depleted. when do i get this reversed? i logged this in september. go add up all the money that must be reversed to my account.this one really takes the cake, three months? can it possibly get worse.
