No answer in 8 months

Upgraded around the end of March 2018, I upgraded to the unlimited contract and as a free add-on to the upgrade was the FREE Cell C black box (media player). At the time I did not receive the black box, after many calls, escalating the calls I never received the box. They never even bothered to phone me back after numerous calls that I have made, just saying they will get back to me, and as you can guess, NEVER DID!!! This morning I phoned (after 8 months) and after speaking to 7 different departments, NO JOY, they can’t even see on their system that I was supposed to get the black media box, WOW Cell C, being a customer since forever and paying close to R 2000 n month on a contract, WHERE IS THE BOX????
