No answer from Legal

I have been to get hold of someone in the legal department to help me with my outstanding fees but I keep on being put on hold and no answers. This is a waste of time and I really need to get this sorted out. What's the point of using telephones if you don't answer them?? Please note that Palesa tried contacting you with no success, the person who answered the call advised that they do not have a person named Prince in their company.

Kindly reply to her email with an alternate contact number and she will gladly assist.
