No answer from debt collections department

<p>I have been trying to contact Cell C debt collections department for the past 3 months and the phones just keep on ringing. Now they send me a letter from Select Online that I need to contact someone to assist me with amount I owe.</p> <p>Why don't you answer your phones? Now I have to go through a different company whose gonna charge admin fees.</p> <p> </p>
