No answer from Customer care or Technical
All customer care and technical line are out of order. How do you report a fault if all the numbers you dial has no ring tone, gets answered but remains dead for a couple of minutes and then disconnects automatically. I dialed 135 and *** without any response. What do you do next?

26 Nov 2019, 15:06People cant get through on my number. I tried form other cell networks and land lines to no avail. Even friends that are also on Cell c network cant receive calls. If I switch my iphone x off and on it helps for a call and then blocks again. It just says the requested number is not available at the moment. Please help, I am loosing business.

People cant get through on my number. I tried form other cell networks and land lines to no avail. Even friends that are also on Cell c network cant receive calls.
