NO ANSWER FROM CELL C LEGAL !!!!

7 days and no feedback from Cell C. I tried to contact legal dept but no answer. Ask customer care to transfer me to manager they say they cant. Can someone take responsibility and sort my issue out. Please provide person in legal who is dealing with my issue. i need a contact number & name of manager.
