NO ANSWER

<p>On sunday evening, i had to hand in my phone (for the second time since January) for repairs. The consultant who helped me said that it could take up to 21 days. I will tell you now that there is NO CHANCE that i will wait that long for my phone! I am currently without a phone as Cell C does not have loan phones, and didnt have sim card adapters...this is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE! So apparantly my phone was meant to be sent to JHB yesterday, so today i phoned the customer care to see whats the status of my phone. THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF MY PHONE. Since 9am i have been trying to phone the Canal Walk Cell C branch..and no one has bothered to answer. To avoid any uncesssary arguments, i trust you will contact me on my work tell number and you will give my phone priority as i expect to have it back this week!!</p>
