No Answer

This is highly unacceptable!<br> <br> I made a complaint on Hello Peter about this issue, Cell C tried to call me once while I was travelling to work on my Motorbike. I made the complaint on Wednesday the 17th of Feb at 13:05, they rep**** explaining that my issue will be dealt with on the same day at 13:50. On the 18th of Feb at 06:50 they tried to contact me but unfortunately i was riding to work, at 06:55 they rep**** on Hello Peter that they tried to call and that there was no answer. on the same day (18 Feb) at 08:00 I rep**** explaining that I was travelling and that they can call me that day before 17:00. since then Cell C have not tried to contact me, no wonder I am having an issue with Cell C.<br> <br> 1) The legal team does not answer there phone.<br> 2) They do not follow up on an issue.<br> 3) They will sms me that I owe them money.<br> <br> Ridiculous...
