No Answer

I called Cell C head office 4 times and got good service from the call center agents all 4 times, but the issue was when they all tried to put me through to the legal department, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!!!<br> <br> I called the:<br> 1st time at 11:58 and waited for 5 minutes and no response.<br> 2nd time at 12:04 and waited for 8 minutes and no response.<br> 3rd time at 12:12 and waited for 15 minutes and no response.<br> 4th time at 12:28 and waited for 7 minutes and no response.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed as the 3rd and 4th call center agents had both told me that the legal department always answer there phone, after I had told them that I had not been answered the 2 previous times.<br> <br> The reason I am calling is because I had cancelled my contract with Cell C in October 2014 and now I am getting phone calls from NDS saying I owe Cell C and they have handed my case over to NDS as I am in arrears with Cell C, the fact that I am only getting called a year later is highly ridiculous and outrageous. <br> <br> I want this matter solved and sorted out before I am blacklisted....<br>
