NO ANSWER
Cell C has a voice prompt saying \we save the environment we save you time"but I had to wait and still no answer for 12min on the phone trying to talk to someone in account about my R2760 bill that was R888 for 2 years now its more??? tried phoning Cell C the first time and a lady answered on *** and put me through to accounts where I waited for 5-7min until I hung up"
