No after sales service
Cell C is the worst after sales service provider.
2 weeks ago, I did a new contract telephonically.
The sales consultant Ntokozo Mthembu was all happy about the sale. Promising the moon and stars. After the sale was concluded, they delivered the wrong colour devices. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the sale consultant to rectify this.
I have been making non stop calls with no resolution
If you want to be burdened by non stopp follow ups and no service then do business with Cell C.
Quick with sales and slow with after sales service.
If I could I would rate them -100

Is it not fair for me to be contacted before delivery is made and to be informed that the colour is not available.
It is never guaranteed that anything will go well with Cell c after the sale has been finalized.
