No Accountability
I was on pay as you go and about a week ago I upgraded to a contract phone. I wanted to port my number because it is used for work and people know my number. 'Yes, yes' it will be ported, sim came and it even says 'number to be ported' but here I am holding for 'after sales' who originally passed me t sales but they said 'not our department' so no accountability. 'Not showing on system, blah,blah,blah'. just wrong

26 Feb 2019, 15:36I have still not received any feedback on this, I have rung the call centre and everyone just blames everyone else at Cell C. I have noticed other people on this page saying Cell C respond on here but don't actually do anything. Seems that way with me ATM.
