No 3G reception

I use to get 3G recception at my home in Johannesburg South (Winchester Hills) but now it shows egdge or sometimes no reception at all this is so fustrating I called cellc they say reboot your phone after they send settings to me but it doesn't help than they say call Blackberry technical support who instructs me to do a list of thing which also don't work to make matters worse blackberry doesn't have a genrator when the power goes out totally unacceptable for a big company like Blackberry also my telkom don't work at home so everybody blames everybody here I'm so sick and tired of the excuses eg.load shedding from eskom seems everything don't work at once cellc please restore my connections and don't give me stories and excuses if it worked before why can't it work now
