no 3G network 1yr problem

I'm sick and tiad of cellc no 3G network !!!! Why ?????<br> I don't wana call blackberry or change my phone settings !! what the hell am I payn yall for if my phone useless without reception because your network can't cater for me ??look on my history to see the problems I experianced over the years I don't want to repeat myself its high time cellc start using their brains. Please dnt make me more angry than I already am.
