Nite data not processing

For the second time in a month, cell c disappoints again. I can't load the nite data because i keep getting an error message : "sorry your request could not be processed, please try again later". I loaded airtime sometime this month and tried to load the nite data because that id how i download my stuff but it was offline and today again I wanted to load 2gigs and yet again it is offline. I called cell c customer care and Dorah advised that the service might be offline but they haven't been notified and i should try in 30 minutes. I did that and still nothing. This kind of service is poor and unacceptable
