Nite Data Issue with LTE bundle deal...

I've bought several of the 50GB + 50GB deal that Cell C offers, valid for 6 months. Signal is decent, not bad download speeds, and pretty reliable.

The problem is that it is essentially not possible to use the Nite data (1am-7am). If you have no more daytime data, you literally have to wakeup and reboot the modem at this time to get the Nite data to work. And if you do have daytime data, then you run the risk of that mysteriously running out in addition to the Nite data, which has happened to me before.

So I'm sitting with almost 100GB of Nite data that I effectively not cannot access unless I get more more Day data, since I'm not prepared to wake up at 1am and restart the modem. Really not great. Cell C should have made this known.

Hi Gregg

Kindly note that the nite data is applicable for use between 12am and 5am. You might have been trying to use it at the wrong times. Please try again tonight.

Hi, no, I woke up at 3:30am this morning and tried it then. It had not started automatically and I had to reset the modem to get it to start.
