NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS WITH CELL C
I had 2 contracts with Cell C. I settled them and I actually over paid the settlements. I still have not received my settlement letter instead they are sending me smses about this months debit order. Which has even increase. I need Cell C to refund me my difference and provide me with settlement letter for both contracts. They have been nothing but a nightmare to cancel the contracts.
