Nightmare Review . Lies and double standards.

Nightmare 1 :I have had a contract with Cell C for more than 5 years + . Recently I received messages that I was due for an upgrade. Even when I phoned in to do the upgrade an automated voice congratulated me on been able to upgrade. When I spoke to an agent it was a whole different story. I was told that my credit was not good enough for an upgrade. I can continue with my contract but I cannot get a new device. My credit rating is good enough to keep my contract going but not good enough to upgrade to a new device.... Nightmare 2: I asked the agent what I can do regarding the credit report situation. I was told that if I can get a letter from the debt review company stating that I am can qualify for an upgrade it would be sorted. Did that and geuss what still not able to upgrade... no schocker there seeing the way I am been treated. Questions I would like to have answers on. How was I able to upgrade more than once before if my credit is so bad ? Why am I getting messages that I can upgrade but I am not allowed to ? Why am I getting false information from the call centre ? Why is my money good enough to continue with an old contract ( Not New)but not good enough to get a new device ? Why if I have permission in writing from my debt councellor that I can afford to upgrade is it been ignore ? What did you do with the letter . You probably had a laugh at my expense and folded a paper plain with it. Fun and games in the call centre office. So happy that I was allowed with my bad credit to be of assistance in this regard. I most probably have a snow***** chance in hell to get feedback on my complaint. But at least it is out there and all I can say is when it comes to CELL C there are double standards and watch out lies are the glue that holds them together.
