Nightmare
No feedback received on a matter that has been dragging on for 9 months. I don't know how many times I am expected to contact Cell C about the same issue. Received a threatening letter of demand to hand me over for R404 from a ********** account (was confirmed to be ********** by Cell C) since Dec 2020! How long does this have to go on for? Latest reference number comes with no feedback for more than a week. Please can someone finally assist me and clear this Cell c account!

But the issue is also the Cell C accounts department. They keep hounding me for R404 from the first instalment of the ********** contract. The accounts department has not written off this ********** balance of R404 and have sent me a final letter of demand to hand me over to debt collectors. Please the accounts department needs to update the account and write off that ********** balance that is still reflecting under my name on Cell C.
But the issue is also the Cell C accounts department. They keep hounding me for R404 from the first instalment of the ********** contract.
