Night mare service

I app**** for a laptop that was advertised as a 1T drive waited for three weeks only to get a 500gb hard drive when I ask at the shop the guy went and call came back telling me its a 5gb not 1T and there's no laptop of 1T but the advert said 1T, fine I took it home, on my contract I stated that my debit order should go off on the 1st of every month guess what as cell c will never stop disappointing my debit order when off on the 17th, called the shop got the number to call where you hold for decades with no help, this month again on the first no debit from them I guess they have a different plan for this. I regret the day I went into Cell c shop they are so ***********.
