on the 31st january i sent an email regarding my contract. the co tract started on the 15aug 2017 so why is my upgrade date only the 17th of feb 2020?also when i took the contract it said free router so why am i being charged for it that is false advertising. but please asdvise why my contract is 28 months

Your contract cannot be 28 months, it is probably on a month to month basis as per the T's & C's, if the agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then the agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.

07 Feb 2019, 08:31Palesa has been in contact with you to assist with this matter. She advised that you did an early upgrade on the 04/09/2017 however the upgrade was effective on the 09/02/2018 therefore you still have 12 months remaining on the contract.
She further advised that if you wish to do an early cancellation then you would have to pay a commitment amount of R 907.38 which is valid till end of February.
