New year same old Cell C

I contacted cell C and asked them to issue a debit order for my 2 lines as it is a big issue for me to get to the bank. The debit order went trough for one line, and now they send an SMS to my wife's number to say, her line will be suspended today due to being in arrears . My budgets have been done and i now dont have the cash o go all the way to the bank to deposit the money. WHY WASN'T MY ACCOUNT DEBITED FOR BOTH LINES????? I can not have my line suspended for it is my wife's line and she is currently hospiilized for her Throat surgery, And i HAVE to keep in contact with her. YOU CAN NOT!!! Suspend my line today because of a Mess up on your accounts department. Oh just by the way, The SIM SWOP i requested for my other line has not happened yet and i can not use my new phone with my old simcard...
