New website not user friendly
The new Cell C website is not user friendly at all. We are not able to download the monthly invoices and now need to request it by entering a email address. When we try to enter a valid email address it says that the website is experiencing technical difficulties (for nearly 4 days now). This is so frustrating. The 'old' website was much better.
