New Sim not working

The only time I get anything right is by complaining. My phone takes 26 days to be delivered not once did anyone tell me you had no stock. Now I can't even use the phone because the sim card does not work. A brand new ****** number. Evedytime I follow the instructions the phone won't even call out to your call center. When I call you call center on another number there is no answer. Can someone just sort me out once and for all!!!!
